CALL FOR PAPERS
Statement of Purpose
The NSCCC intends to bring together faculty, staff, and students from smaller
academic institutions throughout the Northeast in an exchange of ideas
and information concerning computing and computing curricula in such an
environment.
Conference Details
This conference provides an affordable regional forum for the exchange
of information and ideas pertaining to the concerns of computing and Computing
curricula in a smaller academic environment.It will begin with an opening
address by the keynote speaker (Keith Barker of the University of Connecticut)
on Friday at 1:00 p.m., include a Friday evening banquet and speaker (Jeff
Oakes of the Hartford Insurance Group), a Saturday luncheon, and conclude
Saturday at 2:00 pm. In addition to parallel paper sessions, the program
will include half-day tutorials, panels, student research papers, and vendor
displays.
Registration Fee
$95 fee includes admission to all sessions, banquet, luncheon, and a one
year membership in the Consortium for Computing in Small Colleges complete
with subscription to the Journal for Computingin Small Colleges. Student
fee will be $30 and include sessions ,banquet, and luncheon.

Submission Guidelines
PAPERS
Papers will be refereed and those accepted for presentation will appear
in the Journal for Computing in Small Colleges. Submissions should be no
more than 15 double spaced pages in length, including figures, and contain
no identifying reference to self or organization. Include a cover page
with title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and address(es), and an
abstract. Please submit 4 copies by November 15, 1995 to:

STUDENT PAPERS
Students are invited to submit an extended abstract describing research
or project results. It should be no more than 5 pages in length and should
be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a faculty advisor. Please
submit 4 copies of student papers by November 15, 1995 to:
